Maintenance Manager. Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Manager to join their dynamic team. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within their manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal equipment functionality and minimising downtime. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and involves leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians.

Maintenance Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and schedule maintenance work, including preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs, to minimize production disruptions.
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritise maintenance tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance logs and inventory management.

Maintenance Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Relevant qualifications.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and reliability-centred maintenance principles.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Hours: Monday - Friday, permanent full-time days.
