About the Role:Venn Group are currently supporting a local organisation in the Leicestershire area who are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead a dedicated team of 55 multi-disciplinary staff. Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Maintenance, you will oversee the delivery of all reactive, planned, and compliance maintenance for the organisation’s extensive estate. Managing a £5m maintenance budget, you will ensure high-quality service, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and management of maintenance and compliance tasks, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
  • Overseeing health and safety audits and fostering a culture of compliance.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring adherence to procurement processes.
  • Driving process improvements and implementing innovative maintenance strategies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure effective communication.

About You:We are looking for a proactive leader with significant experience in facilities management and a proven track record in team management, budget control, and delivering high-quality FM operations. Essential qualifications include:

  • Degree or HND/C in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Building Services (or equivalent experience).
