  • Service Team Leader position managing the Fire Damper Testing and Remedial on site delivery and coordination between the office, on site engineers and clients team
  • Scheduling, organising and coordinating the day-to-day servicing and maintenance requirements across all disciplines to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Assisting the team with renewals, contract set up, mobilisations or service invoice queries
  • Ensure regular annual fire damper testing is carried out within compliant timescales
  • Responsible for the coordination of the engineering resource calendar
  • Ensuring works are scheduled with a logistical approach to engineer site attendance and time management
  • Organising proactive service visits, reports, invoices and remedial quotations
  • Send booking reminders to clients for upcoming scheduled visits, ensuring that access has been arranged for allocated sites

The ideal applicant will be a Service Team Leader - Ventilation Services with:

  • Ideally will have experience within the ventilation and fire dampers market sector
  • Experience working as Service Manager, Office Admin, Office Coordination, Service Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Service Desk Coordinator, Help Desk Coordinator, Facilities Manager etc would be considered
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
