We are seeking a Trainee SIPP Account Executive to join our well-established independent financial advisory firm in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and progress within the financial services industry. Role OverviewAs a Trainee SIPP Account Executive, you will be the in-house contact for our clients, delivering a high-quality administration service for a portfolio of Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs). You will also provide technical and administrative support to the Financial Planner, ensuring records are maintained to regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries and providing a first-class service.
  • Maintain accurate paper and electronic records to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Financial Planner with administrative and technical tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to data protection legislation and company policies.
  • Produce clear and professional correspondence, including letters and reports.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work within defined levels of authority and escalate issues where necessary.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining records.
  • Knowledge of data protection legislation and compliance principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade B or above (or equivalent).
  • Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role within Financial or Professional Services.
