- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries and providing a first-class service.
- Maintain accurate paper and electronic records to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Financial Planner with administrative and technical tasks.
- Ensure adherence to data protection legislation and company policies.
- Produce clear and professional correspondence, including letters and reports.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work within defined levels of authority and escalate issues where necessary.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining records.
- Knowledge of data protection legislation and compliance principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- GCSE Maths and English – Grade B or above (or equivalent).
- Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role within Financial or Professional Services.
- Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications, knowledge, and experience).
- Pension: 5% employer contribution, increasing incrementally based on service, with salary sacrifice scheme available.
