Our client, a dynamic and expanding company are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join their team in Leicester as a Business Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the customer base and driving business growth through effective lead generation and relationship building! This is not a call centre role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach through phone calls and emails using provided datasets to engage potential customers and secure their agreement to receive a quotation and visit.
  • Evaluate leads by comprehensively understanding their needs, budget constraints and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by effectively communicating the companies value proposition and solutions.
  • Educate leads on the Company’s products and services, offering relevant information and resources to facilitate their decision-making process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions and progress in a CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience, ideally in B2B sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
