The client

Our client dominates the financial services industry. They have gone from strength to strength and part of this growth is to recruit an Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

The role

  • Handling customer queries by and phone and email
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Sorting through post ensuring it gets filed and stored correctly
  • Ensuring post is dispatched within timely manner
  • Liaising with members of the team and assisting them when required
  • Supporting senior management with their administration needs
  • Updating internal software with customer details
  • Making refreshments for visitors
  • Ensuring the office is presentable
  • Ad hoc admin support where needed

The candidate

  • I.T literate
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Willingness to support all areas of the business
  • A team player is essential
  • Great organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative
