This hands-on role involves both managing the team and actively participating in daily operations. Key Responsibilities as the Customer Service Manager - Keep our customer service and sales team running smoothly every day to deliver excellent service. - Managing efficient order processing, lead times, and delivery expectations keeping the customer front of mind at all times. - Managing the customer service and internal sales inboxes within the designated turnaround time.
