Sonic Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Class 1 Driver for an immediate start with a regular Monday to Friday shift from 5am to 3pm, guaranteeing 40 hours of pay per week at a rate of £15.54 per hour.
The position is an ongoing contract that may lead to a permanent job offer for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include collecting and transporting pre-loaded waste material to designated locations in Leicestershire and maintaining accurate driving logs.
Candidates must have previous experience as a Class 1 driver, a valid UK driving licence, and no more than 3 points on their licence.
Full induction, training, and PPE will be provided, and overtime opportunities are available.

Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Class 1 Driver to join our team for an immediate start!

Working a regular Monday to Friday set shift pattern, starting at 5am and finishing at 3pm with a guaranteed 40 hours per week pay even if you finish early. Overtime also available. This is an ongoing contract with a permanent job offer for the right candidate.

Responsible for collecting and transporting pre loaded waste material safely and efficiently to 2 designated locations in Leicestershire before returning to the depot on a daily basis.

Full induction, training and PPE provided

Responsibilities
- Drive and transport a pre-loaded Class 1 lorry to a depot to drop waste using an ejector trailer or a walking floor (no experience necessary as full training will be provided).
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate driving logs
- Adhere to all relevant driving laws and regulations

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Class 1 driver.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- No more than 3 points on your licence.

- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and procedures.

- Available ongoing.
