Rapier Employment is seeking 3 Class 1 drivers for a well-established client near Leicester with ongoing work.
The role involves transporting goods, conducting vehicle inspections, and providing excellent customer service, with a basic hourly rate of £19.44 and overtime pay at £28.00 per hour.
Ideal shift patterns include Monday to Friday, with starts between 3am and 5am, and overtime and weekend work available.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months continuous Class 1 driving experience and hold a full UK Licence (Cat C+E), CPC Card, and Digi Card.
The recruitment process includes an initial assessment and a full induction for successful applicants.

Basic hourly rate: £19.44 per hourOvertime pay: £28.00 per hourBreaks: 45 mins unpaidRole to include, and not limited to:

Transporting goods to store locations efficiently and in a timely manner.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues.
Always provide exceptional customer service.
Minimum of 6 months continuous Class 1 driving

The recruitment process will involve an initial assesment which inludes, classroom and a 2-3 hour driving assesment. This is then followed by full induction.
