Carpenter required to work with a Leicestershire based local council.

I am looking for acarpenter to work with an established social housing provider in theLeicester area. This is an ongoing temporary contract with the potential of a permanent contract after 12 weeks. The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across theLeicester area. All work will be 2nd fix repairs and maintenance.

TheElectrician will receive:

£18 - £20 P/H
Ongoing work/temp to perm

The successful candidate will be expected to complete:

Planned maintenance on domestic properties
8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week.

Requirements:

Time served or relevant trade qualification
Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
Full UK driving license
