This is a temporary position with a standard workweek of 40 hours from Monday to Friday.
The pay rate for this position is £20 per hour, and a van and fuel card are provided.
Candidates should have a minimum of NVQ or City & Guilds level 2 in Carpentry and experience in multi-trade work.

Multi Trade Carpenter based in the Leicester/Derby region required to work with a leading Housing Association.

I am looking for an experienced multi trade carpenter to carry out planned and reactive repairs on void and tenanted social housing properties across the Leicester/Derby regions.

Work will include carrying out 2nd fix carpentry repairs ranging from hanging doors, lock replacements, replacing skirting and architraves.

This is a temporary position working a standard 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.

Pay rate: 20 per hour. Van and fuel card provided.

Requirements:

Minimum NVQ or City & Guilds level 2 in Carpentry
You will have experience of delivering multi-trade work with additional trade skills
Full UK Driving Licence
