Toolmaker (Injection Mould)£35,000 - £40,000 + Pension + In House Training + Progression to SupervisorLeicesterAre you a mould toolmaker with CNC program experience looking for a flexible opportunity in a fast expanding precision manufacturing company?The company have built up extensive experience within precision manufacturing since 1997, shaping the future of the injection mould toolmaking within the plastics industry using innovative machinery processes.After recently expanding, this company is looking for a mould tool maker to join the team in the CNC milling department. On a daily basis you will be programming and operating CNC machines as well as implementing tool designs.If you are looking to develop your skills as a toolmaker and progress to a managerial level role then get in touch.The Role:

• Programming & operating CNC machines
• Electrode manufacture, spark eroding (CNC Sodick), wire eroding (CNC Sodick)
• Manual grinding, fitting of inserts, assembly/disassembly of parts, polishing of tooling inserts, drilling cooling channels in mould plates
• 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-4pm Fri (with flexible working hours)

The Person:

• CNC program experience
• Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) experience
