Industrial Steam Boiler / Combustion Engineer required to join a class leading Boiler Manufacturer. to 47k plus fantastic benefits package, to be based in the East Midlands area.
Our client has been established for 60+ years and is a leading Manufacturer of Steam and Electrical Boilers covering the UK and Europe.
Due to growth and ongoing contract awards they are now looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer who ideally has a background with Steam Boilers in an Industrial environment, preferably with some Electrical and controls capabilities.
Type of sites
Covering a number of industrial sites such as Hospitals, Large Commercial Buildings, Pharmaceutical and food manufacturers to name but a few.
Location
The majority of the work will be in the Nottingham / Leicester / North West Cambridge area, all generally within an hours travel of the Engineer.
Requirements
Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer / Industrial with a Steam Boiler background having worked in similar environments.
Experience in fault finding, strip downs, re-builds, maintenance and commissioning of Boiler systems to 1.5Mw. Some familarity with manufacturers such as Weishaupt, Cochrane, Byworth etc beneficial although full training will be offered on own brand.
GAS SAFE - COCN1, CORT, CIGA, ICPN1, TCP1, CONGLP1PD, BMP1CDGA
Additional experience with Steam (perhaps to have BOAS), experience with Controls and Electrical qualificiations would be beneficial.
UK Driving license
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary around 45k plus 2k after probation
- Overtime available at time and a half / double time etc
- Door to Door travel is paid
