Job Role: Site Welder Fitter - Supervisor
Location: Leicestershire
Shift: 7am to 5pm Mon to Thu / 7am to 2pm on Fri
Pay Rate: 18.00 - 19.00 per hour

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Skilled Welder / Site Fitter Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication, welding, and site fitting, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Must be willing to travel to sites across the MIdlands region and London.
Responsibilities:
- Leading site based projects
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Fabricating and welding metal components using MIG/TIG and other welding techniques
- Performing site fitting and installation of fabricated components
- Ensuring quality and accuracy of workmanship
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder, with expertise in MIG/TIG welding
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Certification in welding or a related field is a plus
