We are currently seeking a dynamic and organised Maintenance Controller to join their team to help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Position overview of the Maintenance Controller position:
The Maintenance Controller will be responsible for overseeing mechanical repairs to a fleet of vehicles, ensuring that costs are in line with budgets. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, partners and internal departments to schedule and complete required work.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Controller:

  • Monitor VOR, liaising with relevant departments and external partners.
  • Ensure that repair costs are kept within budget.
  • Process and negotiate repair costs.
  • Identify areas of PPM.
  • Support with investigations and repair advice.

The ideal Maintenance Controller candidate will have the following:

  • Mechanical knowledge of vehicles, ideally HGVs.
  • Ability to analyse data with a commercial focus.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication.
