Salary: £32-38k dependant on experience

About Our Client:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, and marketing) to create customised solutions based on client specifications
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential clients
  • Monitor sales performance and create reports on account status and sales forecasts

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Knowledge of the manufacturing process within the point of sale or print industry is essential
  • Proven track record in account management, in the point of sale industry, or very similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
