Certain Advantage is hiring for an Account Manager / Internal Sales Executive, based in or around the Hinckley & Bosworth area.

This role is on a permanent basis and is office-based.

The Company

We're working with a well-established business which is currently experiencing rapid and sustained growth, manufacturing and supplying a range of advanced materials and products into civil engineering and construction markets.

This is a highly reputable SME, which has recently moved into purpose-built facilities, offering a role which enables development, in a collaborative, friendly and vibrant culture.

The Role:

This role is for someone with account management, customer service or internal sales experience, within the construction or civil engineering industries.

You'll be part of a dynamic and growing internal sales team, where full product and role training will be provided, to ensure you can excel.

  • Take incoming enquiries from clients, send out quotations and diligently follow up to convert to orders
  • Provide technical assistance to clients on the company's product range (full training provided)
  • Provide a 3 monthly sales forecast
  • Build long term relationships with existing clients
  • Follow up with lapsed clients
The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

  • Any account management, customer service or sales experience
  • Background in Construction or Civil Engineering
