Remuneration: £52,000 - £54,000 + circa £10,000 bonus

Benefits: £545 car allowance or hybrid company car + comprehensive benefits package The role of the Area Sales Manager - Commercial Heat Pumps will involve:

  • Field sales positions selling a high quality manufactured range of heat pumps, boilers and water heaters
  • 50% of your time be spent generating specification via M&E consultants, mechanical consultants & local authorities
  • 40% of your time will be spent selling into M&E contractors , specialist sub-contractors and main contractors
  • The remaining 10% of your time will be spent back selling and managing sales through plumber merchants, builder merchants and specialist distributors
  • Dealing with typical order vales of around £10k-£150k+ depending on project size
  • Inheriting a well-established area turning over circa £1.2m capable to achieving £2m+

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Manager - Commercial Heat Pumps with:

  • Must have a field sales experience selling commercial heating & hot water sysmtems
  • Ideally heat pumpes
  • Must have experience of specification sales via M&E consultants, M&E consultants and local authorities
  • Must have contacts in the industry
  • Commercial astute
  • Dynamic with a strong work ethic
  • Likeable, tenacious and results orientated
