Area Sales Manager - Trainee

Macildowie are thrilled to be working with a construction business who are looking for a Trainee Area Sales Manager, you will be given full training and support to develop into a successful sales professional. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in sales, with a structured progression plan and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the company's products/services to confidently sell to potential clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations, both virtually and in person.
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Receive ongoing training and coaching to enhance your sales techniques.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
