Macildowie are working with a well-established and rapidly growing business within the food and beverage sector. With a strong presence across multiple locations, they are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. Their focus on innovation and franchisee support has driven consistent growth, and they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen their existing network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing store performance data and pinpointing areas for improvement and expansion within the existing estate.
- Develop strategic initiatives to boost sales, enhance customer experience, and increase store efficiency.
- Work closely with franchisees, understanding their challenges and providing tailored growth solutions.
- Conduct market research to assess trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities that impact store performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data insights to refine strategies.
- Recommend and implement new technologies, processes, and business models to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the execution of growth initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and training to franchisees on growth strategies and customer engagement.
- Ensure all initiatives align with corporate standards and brand guidelines.
The Candidate:
- At least five years of experience in business development, preferably within the food or retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that drive growth in existing businesses.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with franchisees.
