- Develop and manage relationships with independent retailers, garden centres, and farm shops
- Identify new sales opportunities and drive growth in key accounts
- Work closely with buyers, distributors, and wholesalers to increase brand presence
- Cover a UK-wide territory, meeting clients and attending trade events
- Sales experience in food, drink, or retail (FMCG experience is a bonus)
- A confident, self-motivated person who enjoys meeting new people
- Experience selling into independent stores, garden centres, or similar channels would be ideal
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- £40,000 - £45,000 salary + performance-based bonus
