This is a role for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations, and has a natural ability to influence and persuade.

Our clients generate a steady flow of warm leads through expert marketing efforts, and they need someone with the confidence and skill to convert these into opportunities. Your role will be to connect with landlords, build rapport, and generate valuations and new managements that contribute to the continued growth of the business. You’ll be speaking to landlords daily, securing at least 30 valuations and 10 management takeovers per month, as well as filling our landlord seminars with prospective clients. We’re not looking for someone who just makes calls and hopes for the best—we need someone who embraces challenges head-on, thinks strategically, and works relentlessly to achieve their targets.

What makes this role even more exciting is that you’ll be working within a dynamic, forward-thinking team that is reshaping the industry. They are committed to improving the sector, educating landlords, and standing out as the go-to experts in lettings. The marketing team will keep the leads flowing, and it’ll be down to you to turn these into long-term relationships and new business opportunities.

We will provide full training and ongoing support, but the right mindset, work ethic, and communication skills are essential. If you have experience in sales, customer service, or business development and are looking for a fast-paced, rewarding role, this could be your perfect opportunity.

In return, you’ll be joining a winning team with uncapped commission potential, a progressive working environment, and a chance to develop a highly lucrative career in the property sector. If you think you have what it takes to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities
