Job Title: Field-Based Sales ManagerSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance and Bonus Location: Primarily home-based with regular travel across the South East region and occasional travel to the Leicester site.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field-Based Sales Manager to join our client in the Access Equipment/Elevating Work Platform sector. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales, build relationships and expand market presence across the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector.
- Conduct client visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a field-based sales role within the access equipment, construction equipment is essential
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- A proactive and target-driven mindset.
- Full UK driving license (car allowance provided).
