We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field-Based Sales Manager to join our client in the Access Equipment/Elevating Work Platform sector. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales, build relationships and expand market presence across the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a field-based sales role within the access equipment, construction equipment is essential

  • Full UK driving license (car allowance provided).
