Working within an established team that is continuing to grow, you will play a pivotal role in the Leicestershire area promoting our clients' products with a range of mechanical equipment and aftercare packages.

Construction, Plant Machinery, Equipment or Automotive sales background is advantageous but not essential.

What's involved for the Field Sales Manager…

  • Customer facing B2B sales role
  • Build long lasting strong client relationships
  • Account management of existing clients while developing new ones
  • Immerse yourself in the product range to aid giving the best customer service
  • Build a technical and mechanical understanding of product portfolio
  • Build and document new and existing clients
  • Carry out demonstrations where needed onsite
  • Carry out inspections and valuations of any part exchanges
  • Update CRM system daily
  • Meet and exceed company targets

What you'll need…

  • Skilled sales techniques
  • Listen and give solutions to clients buying needs
