Sales Account Manager

Leicester, hybrid

Up to £30,000 + quarterly and annual bonus

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Macildowie is working with a leading company based in Enderby. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working model.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career in a supportive, high-performing team. You'll report directly to the UK Sales Manager, based in Leicester, and work alongside internal sales specialists and other key departments, including Customer Service, Education, Marketing, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow customer relationships.
  • Handle a mix of account management and light business development.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to meet shared goals.
  • Deliver against KPIs and regional sales targets.
  • Track activities such as calls, engagement levels, and territory performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales - ideally telephone-based or inside sales roles.
  • Commercial awareness and a quick learner when it comes to new products/processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment
  • Experience in B2B account management.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Adaptability and confidence in hybrid or standalone roles.
