A highly regarded independent Insurance Broker has a requirement for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their established Marketing team.

The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager with managing social media, uncovering new opportunities for growth and optimization in marketing campaigns, creating email content, and supporting annual events.

They seek a motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Create successful email campaigns and analyse their performance.
  • Update and maintain documents with current branding.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, and scheduling posts.
  • Write and distribute corporate and industry related articles.
  • Provide support with internal marketing requests.
  • Assist with annual events both industry and company conference.
  • Support with event logistics, including collating responses, and updating spreadsheets.
  • Respond positively to all enquiries received from clients and insurers in a professional and helpful manner.

Key skills/experience required:

  • Previous digital marketing experience gained in a B2C environment
  • Creative and eager to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with good administrative experience, such as booking and managing events.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, but also confidently manage tasks autonomously.
  • An effective communicator, with experience in writing engaging articles.
  • Experienced in creating and sending professional emails.
  • Experience of digital marketing within financial services industry would be beneficial.
