About the Role:A leading company in Leicester is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join their team. With a focus on traditional and media marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and promote business growth.

This role requires someone with over 5 years of marketing experience, with essential agency background and a solid understanding of media marketing channels.

This is a hybrid role offering a blend of office and remote working, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement traditional media marketing strategies, including print, radio, TV, and outdoor advertising
  • Manage media planning, buying, and negotiations across relevant channels
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet brand objectives
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Work closely with external media partners, suppliers, and agencies to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective media spending
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in agency work
  • Extensive experience in traditional media marketing (print, TV, radio, outdoor, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in the house building or construction sectors is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to marketing
