Exciting newly created opportunity to join a growing Financial Services business to lead the Performance Marketing and analytics activity in the marketing team.

Track record of using GOOGLE ANALYTICS (GA4) and experience using CRM software will be important.

You'll be responsible for leading on the reporting and analysis initiatives, becoming the company's data guru. You will provide the team with insightful dashboards, reports, and actionable recommendations to fuel growth and optimise marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze PPC campaign performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Test and optimize various website and campaign elements, including customer buying journeys, landing pages, and PPC ad copy.
  • Assist in implementing tracking enhancements across websites using GTM optimizations and data layer ingestion.
  • Segment customer and prospect data to gain insights into behavior and preferences.
  • Develop personas and audience profiles to guide targeted marketing efforts.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present data clearly and actionably.
  • Translate complex data into easy-to-understand visuals for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
  • Use statistical and analytical tools to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Communicate complex data findings clearly and recommend actionable insights.

Experience required

  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) is essential ideally gained in a B2C E-commerce environment
  • Confident using Tag Manager and Looker Studio
  • Experience with CRM software management such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive
  • Some experience in PPC helpful
  • Proven track record in marketing analysis and presenting compelling insights from complex datasets for various audiences, ideally including senior leadership.
  • Experience with automated marketing tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presenting compelling insights from complex datasets for various audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Expertise with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
