Sales Account Manager Up to £40,000 + uncapped commission OTE £55K+ Yr. 1 Leicestershire

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to nurture and grow existing client accounts. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing high value accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service whilst driving new business opportunities.                  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing customer base with spend exceeding £3m annually
  • Acting as the first point of contact ensuring all customers’ needs are met
  • Identify new sales opportunities via cold calling, cross selling, attending networking events, exhibitions etc
  • Ability to understands the portfolio
  • Collaborating with production and logistics ensuring SLAs are adhered to
  • Provide quotes and oversee the processing of customer orders.
  • Work towards and achieve both business and personal targets.

The candidate

  • A proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Confident and persuasive personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • E-commerce experience is preferred
