Client Details

Our client is a leading supplier for MRO Consumables and Components, with successful YoY growth and continuous developments of their strategy they are looking to grow their team!

They are looking to bring on board 10 Sales Account Managers to manage some key customer relationships and develop stronger connections with their key clients to ensure continuous growth.

Description

As Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Nurturing and developing relationships with existing accounts through upselling and identifying cost effective solutions tailored to your customers need
  • Provide excellent customer satisfaction through consistent contact and relationship management
  • Be consistent with performance, ensuring you are delivering on all activity requirements
  • Closing business, and developing strong, long term relationships
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM and detailing all customer contact

Profile

  • Previous sales experience is essential for this role, whether over the phone and email or in person!
  • Ability to work towards company set targets
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Industrial and MRO consumable experience would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Highly driven individual who is hungry for commission
