Macildowie are thrilled to be working with an exciting business based in Wigston, looking to add a Sales Executive to the team on a Temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to retain services, and prospect new business
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales outcomes on the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident with the ability to handle objections.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
