Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Leicester (South West)

Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40k+)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Office Based.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-5pm

Start Date: Immediate

 

We are looking for a confident and personable sales executive with excellent communication skills to join a growing independent technology provider in Leicester. The ideal Sales Executive will have previous Business Sales experience, however we are also open to individuals with excellent Business Communication Experience. 

This position is ideal for someone looking to fully enter the world of sales with a close knit team, excellent in house training and support. For experienced Sales Executives, we are offering excellent opportunities for progression into Team Leadership or Field Sales opportunities in the near future.

 

Duties and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

In this role you will be contacting companies to sell bespoke technology solutions.

  • Making outbound B2B calls
  • Answering Customer Questions
  • Undertaking Market Research
  • Booking Appointments
  • Data Entry
  • Metting and Exceeding KPIs

 

Skills and Experience of a Sales Executive:

  • Previous B2B Sales experience is prefered 
  • Experience of making Outbound Calls

  • Confident, friendly and polite Communication Skills

  • Ability to use own initiative to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent Negotiation and Persuasion skills

  • Excellent Rapport building abilities

  • Ability to utilize CRMs, Microsoft Office Package etc.

  • Strong levels of self -motivation and a goal driven mindset.
