As we continue to grow, were seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help expand our client base in the Midlands and London area.
Location:
Our Head Office is based in Leicester but we will accept applications from anywhere in the Midlands or London. This role does offer hybrid working.
The Role:
As a Sales Manager, youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Youll work closely with our recruitment team to provide tailored workforce solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Midlands, Buckinghamshire and London regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
- 40k basic plus commission
- OTE approximately £70k per annum
- Car allowance

About You:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of success in sales.
Essential Requirements:
- A valid driving licence.
- Proven background in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in selling into the construction or industrial sectors.
