Our client, a long established and well-known brand, within the commercial rental industry, is seeking a results driven Sales & Branch Manager. This role would be suitable for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimising profitability.

This is a dual-focused position encompassing branch operations management and sales leadership for one of the company’s sites in the Leicester area.

Reporting directly to the Group’s Operations and Sales Directors you will oversee operational functions, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive revenue growth. This role involves building strong client relationships, optimising branch performance and contributing to strategic initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities of the role

Overseeing the running and profitability of the branch's day-to-day operations, including people management, capacity planning, risk assessment, and compliance. Building a robust sales pipeline converting leads into accounts and fostering long-term relationships with key customers. Collaborating with various departments, including Telesales, Fleet Management, Finance and Operations, to achieve business goals

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous operational experience within the rental sector or fleet management.
  • Proven track record in driving business development
  • Leadership capabilities to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen interest and wide knowledge of vehicles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.

This role offers a base salary of £35,000 with a first year OTE of £45,000 plus company car or allowance and competitive benefits.
