The successful Sales Manager / Country Manager must have a proven sales background within Electronic Assembly, CEM (Contract electronic manufacturing), PCBs (Printed circuit boards) or electronic components sales. You will have a background in people management and previously been employed as a Sales Manager, Country Manager or Sales Director.
This is a remote role covering the UK, however the ideal Sales Manager / Country Manager will be based in the North of the UK.
Package:
- £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

- Work closely with the Managing Director on sales targets and objectives for the year
- Oversee sales process, including lead generation, qualification, evaluation, account management, and fostering strong customer relationships
- Electronic Assembly, CEM (Contract electronic manufacturing), PCBs (Printed circuit boards) or electronic components sales
- Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Serve as a technical consultant to new and existing customers, identifying requirements and offering guidance as to the best solution
- Liaise with various engineering departments
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies for new markets and industries
- Previous experience as aSales Manager / Country Manager / Sales Director with a background in people management
- A background in Electronic Assembly, CEM (Contract electronic manufacturing), PCBs (Printed circuit boards), or electronic components sales
- Willingness to cover the UK
- Full UK driving license
- Ideally based in the North of the UK
