Our client is a major player in the International Distribution Market with a large number of branches across the UK.

Due to their continued expansion, they are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their Freight Forwarding team selling Sea Freight.

They are looking to continue to grow their Sea Freight offering worldwide. A focus will be on Imports from China to the UK

You will bring on your own Client Base and help guide/build the current team

The right candidate will demonstrate successful Sea Freight selling experience with a proven track record of reaching set revenue goals and targets. They will be tasked with generating new business through their own lead generation and utilising a CRM platform, as well as mentoring a small team.

Responsibilities will include.

路 Tasked with generating new business leads in Sea Freight

路 Reach Sales goals on a weekly/monthly basis

The ideal candidate would have.

路 Big Ticket Sales in Sea Freight - Freight Forwarding Industry

路 Self-motivated and possessing excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

路 Strong new business background

路 Proven sales success in the same field

路 Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills

路 Team player with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
