About the role  Porsche Leicester have a unique and rare opportunity for a Senior Business Manager to join their award winning team working with one of the world's most iconic and recognisable brands. As the Senior Business Manager you will be responsible for helping to manage and grow all aspects of the Finance department by being at the core of all sales enquiries, improving the sales processes from the sales and Business Management teams and taking overall responsibility for the finance department including daily and weekly reporting to Head Office. You must also ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all treating customers fairly.  Working alongside the Management team, you will also oversee the day-to-day activity of both our sales into service programme (Xchange) and Porsche customer retention programme where you be expected to seek out incremental sales and stock acquisition opportunities for the businesses.  Sytner Business Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis) to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About you  If you are already a high achieving automotive Business Manager, Sales Controller or Sales Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, then we would love to hear from you.  Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front and inspire your colleagues to 'raise the bar' and exceed their full potential whilst driving the finance and add-on performance forward. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
