- Well-established area - developing existing high-spend customer relationships and creating sales growth planning.
- Driving new growth through dormant accounts, industry data/leads and new business.
- Taking responsibility for creating and executing annual sales strategies.
- Utilising CRM and customer data to support decision-making.
- Prior experience selling into a similar or related customer base i.e. house builders, developers, contractors, local authorities, housing associations or social housing customers.
- A good understanding of the specification sales route to market.
- A self-motivated, organised and positive mindset as part of the specification field sales team.
