This role is on a permanent basis and is office-based.

The Company

We're working with a well-established business which is currently experiencing rapid and sustained growth, manufacturing and supplying a range of advanced materials and products into arboriculture, civil engineering and construction markets. This is a highly reputable SME, which has recently moved into purpose-built facilities, offering a senior and crucial role, in a collaborative, friendly and vibrant culture.

The Role

This role is for someone with strong experience in managing teams, and sales experience working with technical products / specifications within construction, civil or geotechnical engineering, looking for a dynamic role with a rapidly growing business.

  • Manage three successful specification led departments, driving them to reach or surpass 100% of targets, whilst emphasising ongoing training and development
  • Maintain and increase the conversion rate of technical recommendations to orders
  • Provide pre-sales and post-site advice, visits and assistance to clients
  • Review and optimize the CRM and sales operations processes
  • Assist with the implementation of sales & marketing strategies
The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

  • Experience managing and leading teams
  • Experience in Specification Sales, ideally with a background in Construction, Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
