As a Trainee Sales Team Leader, you will work closely with the Directors and receive dedicated mentorship to develop your leadership skills. You will lead and motivate a small sales team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their leadership career in a supportive and fast-paced setting, however, will still involve the day-to-day sales duties in order to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, mentor and motivate a small team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive sales performance through effective goal-setting, coaching and performance monitoring.
  • Develop your own sales pipeline, leading by example
  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for your team.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Directors to implement strategic sales initiatives and contribute to business growth.
  • Support key client relationships and assist in identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience within a B2B setting is ESSENTIAL
  • A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to coach others.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambition and eagerness to step into a leadership role.
  • Previous experience mentoring or supporting colleagues is a plus.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn under close mentorship.
