Your Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years.
- Maintain high standards of care and quality within the nursery.
- Take on key carer responsibilities for designated children.
- Plan and deliver stimulating activities to support children's development.
- Assist with the preparation and support of daily activities.
- Take on day-to-day management responsibilities when required in the absence of the Team/Room Leader.
- Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS.
- Ensure full compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
- Support and mentor students and unqualified staff, promoting high-quality care and education.
