Site Engineer

Your new companyYou will be working for a Civil Engineering contractor based in the East Midlands area. The contractor has a strong pipeline of work across the East Midlands. Working on an array of civils projects with project values of up to £10million. These projects include 278 works, drainage, highways and general heavy civils. The contractor offers great opportunities to progress within your career, assisting with training and progression within the company.

Your new roleYour new role as a site engineer will include, but not be limited to, reading, interpreting and providing clear communication of drawings for site layouts. Ensuring that setting out is accurate by providing precise lines, levels, and reference points on site, managing the site (alongside senior engineer/supervisor) from the first steps until the end of the project. The client has expressed in the Site Engineer progressing to site supervisor.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you must be able to use your own initiative, taking responsibility for a project from start to finish. Have an understanding of civil projects and, ideally, you will have studied civil engineering or similar courses.What you'll get in return
