TS Recruitment are actively working with an established fire stopping business who are expanding in the Midlands / South and as a result they need a Regional Manager to help deliver a healthy portfolio of work.

Benefits

  • Basic salary circa £65,000 - £75,000 per annum

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Head up the Midlands / South region for an established fire stopping business
  • Manage the site team including Project Managers
  • Attend client meetings and help cement relationships of existing frameworks
  • Oversee passive fire protection work on hotels, social housing and commercial work
  • Open a new regional office to cover the Midlands and south
  • Attend head office in the North fortnightly to attend meetings and update the Md on progress
  • Oversee quality control and record all relevant information
  • Commercially aware to ensure projects are completed within budget

  • Work on commercial refurb projects such as Hotelsand Hospitals

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Fire stopping compartmentation and fire door experience
  • Firas and BMtradaexperience
  • A proven track record fdelivering projects
  • Preferably degree/ NVQeducated.
  • Good IT and numerical skills.
  • Full UK driving license
