This is an opportunity for someone who has recently gained their Retrofit qualification to become part of a leading training and accreditation provider in the energy sector, recognized for its expertise in the rapidly growing Retrofit industry.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technical support to members through phone and email communications.
- Assist with auditing processes to ensure compliance and uphold high standards.
- Contribute to initiatives related to government regulations and energy efficiency best practices.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Be a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor.
- Have proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service in a busy environment.
- Have a strong attention to detail and ability to perform calculations, as the role is technical in nature.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have the ability to maintain positive working relationships within a team.
- Be comfortable working in an IT-driven environment, utilizing technology as an essential tool.
