Job Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Groundworkers to join our client, a well-established Groundworks contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks, including drainage, foundations andgeneral site preparation. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects with a reputable contractor.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out groundworks including drainageand foundations.

Operate hand and power tools effectively.

Assist with excavations and trench work.
-
Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Work collaboratively with site teams and follow instructions from site supervisors.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Requirements:

Valid CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card (ESSENTIAL).

Proven experience working as a Groundworker on construction sites.

Ability to work safely and follow health and safety guidelines.

Good knowledge of drainage, concreting, and general groundwork practices.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Desirable:
-
Dumper/Roller ticket (advantageous but not essential).
-
Experience operating plant machinery.
-
Additional site-related certifications (e.g., confined spaces, street works).
