- Salary: £14.62 - £15.85 PAYE per hour

Day-to-day of the role:
- Start the day from home, travelling to the first job by 8am using a council-provided vehicle equipped with all necessary building materials and electrical plant.
- Carry out various maintenance tasks throughout the city, including carpentry, plastering, roofing, and ground working.
- Utilise a work mobile phone to receive and manage job allocations from the Works Planning team.
- Typically finish work at 4pm from Monday to Thursday and at 3.30pm on Friday, allowing for personal time in the evenings.
- Occasionally work overtime in the evenings and weekends, with ample notice provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full valid driving licence.
- Proven experience in the carpentry, plastering, roofing, or ground working industry.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with the public and colleagues.
