A Digital Administrator is needed to join the team at Selective Marketplace, a leading womenswear clothing retailer based in Leicester on a full-time basis.
We are looking for someone with strong technical skills and a can-do attitude. A problem solver who enjoys working across many teams in the business and thrives on challenges. Unfazed by the unpredictable with a positive outlook and a desire to make things happen. A self-starter who can work independently.

We are a fast growing, privately owned company who direct sell women's fashion primarily into the UK, Germany and the US. With ambitious plans for growth including opening further retail outlets in the UK and the US, working with us is varied and challenging within a friendly, collaborative, and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating, supporting and maintaining multiple web sites:
- UK/DE/US websites
- Intranet
- Maintaining/updating image server
- Setting up products and prices within our system
- Setting up catalogues/media on in-house software 'AMO'
- Liaising with external web and AMO teams
- Liaising with Rothley's customer success team
- Liaising with London graphics and marketing teams
- Enhancing and delivering new capabilities to web/internal applications (new projects)
- Working with other departments' needs to build tailored applications and macros
- Maintaining and fixing existing internal applications and macros
- Interpreting website feedback
- Error checking our websites/newsletters
- Working with web developers to resolve problem areas
- In-house IT support, working remotely with external IT support on upgrades, PC set up, printer problem shooting etc
- Building and sending email newsletters
- Working on the Profusion email platform
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous web building experience.
- Knowledge of e-marketing.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, VBA.
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills.
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Works well independently and in a team to meet deadlines.
- Can prioritise workload effectively.
- Handles large volumes of repetitive tasks to a high standard.
- Follows procedures but seeks improvements where needed.
- Understands website functionality and takes a proactive approach to improvements.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience of creating and maintaining UK/DE/US websites.
- Basic working knowledge of PHP, Javascript, JQuery, SQL
