Business Development Executive

Hybrid, Thurmaston

£25,000 + uncapped commission

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

The Opportunity:Macildowie are excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a rapidly growing business in Thurmaston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build relationships and drive sales within a supportive and dynamic team.

The Role & Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally

  • Handle client accounts, including renewals, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products

  • Reach out to new registrations and engage potential customers

  • Build lasting relationships with clients by going the extra mile

  • Conduct dedicated outbound sales campaigns targeting both existing and new clients

  • Adhere to compliance requirements and promote the full range of services offered by Rhino Trade Insurance

  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge

  • Meet personal and team targets to drive business growth

The Candidate:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting

  • Strong telephone manner and excellent verbal communication skills

  • Experience in a customer support or account management role

  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on customer service

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
