Business Development Executive
Salary up to £60,000
Hybrid Working (1 day in office per week) - Offices in Birmingham or Leicester
Your role:
Working for a global insurance brokerage, you will initiate and develop client relationships in relation to their various insurance needs.
This role will suit a dynamic professional that thrives on seeking new business opportunities and engaging with clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Initiating and developing client relationships in relation to their insurance needs
- Actively seek new business opportunities
- Networking, utilising interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Delivering a professional service to corporate clients throughout the sales process, including first meetings, presentations and follow up queries
- Achieving new business targets, with significant rewards for doing so
We’re looking for:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and gravitas to deal with Senior Management within client’s businesses
- Experience of working within a professional environment is essential (insurance, financial services, solicitors, etc.)
- Experience of working in Commercial/Corporate Insurance is ideal, but not essential
- Insurance industry qualifications are advantageous but not essential
