We are supporting a client based in Leicester in their search for a talented Regional Sales Director. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who can influence and deliver strategy, inspiring a team of over 20+ field sales colleagues to achieve exceptional sales performance and exceed expectations.

Reporting to the Group Sales Director, the Regional Sales Director is responsible for the overall effectiveness and productivity of a sales region as they continue to grow. Working in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders, you will foster close working relationships to help deliver exceptional sales growth.

You will be counted on to find the answers to the hard questions, and ways to ensure sales results are delivered. This important role requires you to be able to offer high support, to help sales leaders achieve their goals, and high challenge at times to help improve performance.

To achieve this, you will have responsibility for the sales process, CRM infrastructure, sales resource planning / highlighting risks and opportunities, lead management, performance reporting and sales programmes as well as supporting future organisation plans.

We are looking for someone who has:
Comprehensive B2B sales and commercial experience is essential - established experience in a similar role and in senior Sales/Commercial roles.
Digitally savvy with significant experience in the integrated use of Salesforce and ideally Pardot.
Strong thinking skills - critical/clear thinking, logical/rational approach.
Excellent analytical skills - strong financial acumen and ability to analyse complex information/data and translate these findings into actions that drive results.
Degree qualified or equivalent in Science, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or similar Business-related field.
Evidence of ability to improve sales productivity and results is critical.

This position allows you to be based anywhere in the UK.

Salary is circa 80,000 plus 20% bonus, company car, healthcare package and more.
